Yes — its dry, fresh citrus-peel note performs well in candles, especially in 'fresh citrus', 'citrus-herbal' and unisex clean-laundry style candles, where the bitter freshness reads as more natural than sweet orange. Practical points: (1) dosage 1-3% of the wax weight is a typical starting range; (2) flash point matters — a limonene-rich distillate flashes around 45-55°C, so add the fragrance to the melted wax below the flash point (and below the wax's recommended pour temperature); (3) fragrance loading, wick selection and container must be validated by burn testing — citrus oils can soften wax structure; (4) use a stabilised/antioxidant-protected lot for long shelf life and test colour stability (the oil is pale yellow to amber and can darken).
