What is the production lead time for zhike fruit peel oil orders?
Lead time depends on stock and grade: stocked standard-grade oil ships in 3-5 working days after payment confirmation (sample-size orders often same-week); scheduled production runs for standard grade take 15-30 days from raw-material release; and special grades — food-declaration documentation sets, full third-party testing, organic/certified lots, custom packaging — run 30-45 days because they need separate line clearance, testing and certificate work.
Raw-material timing matters more for zhike than for many oils: distillation runs are planned around dried-peel lots purchased after the summer (July-August) immature-fruit harvest, and year-round orders are served from stored botanical — we recommend confirming annual volumes early (Q1-Q2) so the new-crop allocation is secured. Lead times are fixed on the proforma and updated by milestone (raw material confirmed / distilled / QC passed / shipped).
