How is red date concrete produced?

Top uses aqueous extraction + concentration (not distillation, not solvent): red date fruit / dried red date -> washing & pitting -> water extraction (hot water, sometimes with enzymatic assistance) -> centrifugation/filtration -> vacuum concentration -> refining/blending -> UHT sterilization -> aseptic filling -> red date concrete/concentrate. It is a fruit concentrate (concrete/concentrate), so it is handled and labelled as a food extract, not an essential oil. The process is food-grade (purified-water system, cleanroom filling) and preserves the sugar / cAMP / polysaccharide profile.
