Which plant part is the concrete extracted from?

From the fresh, just-opened osmanthus flower (the blossom) — not leaf, stem or root. Top's COA states "raw material: fresh O. fragrans var. thunbergii flower".

Because osmanthus flowers are tiny and low-yield, only the bloom is harvested at peak fragrance (autumn, Guilin), salted/color-protected, then solvent-extracted. The concrete carries the full floral wax + aroma complex (it is the "concrete", not the de-waxed "absolute"), so it is a paste/wax-like material — exactly why it is classed as a concrete rather than a fluid essential oil.
