1. Grade — the measured marker profile and how tightly it sits inside the ISO 855:2003 window.
2. Raw material — citrus peel cost and crop conditions in the sourcing season.
3. Volume and pack size — larger fills cost less per kg to pack and handle.
4. Certification and testing — organic, Halal/Kosher or third-party testing add cost.

Currency and freight are quoted separately from the FOB price. An annual framework (LTA) is the practical way to stabilise price across a season.
