How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency of this lemon oil?

Consistency is controlled by releasing every lot against the same specification and comparing it to a retained reference profile.

Controls

• Identical botanical source and process route lot to lot.
• Density and refractive index held inside 0.840-0.860 (20/20 °C) / 1.410-1.475 (20 °C).
• GC-MS fingerprint compared with the reference profile before release.
• Retention sample stored for re-test within the shelf life.
