Do you allow pre-shipment inspection (PSI) before loading?

Yes. Buyers or their inspector may perform pre-shipment inspection at Top's facility or the forwarder's warehouse before loading — verifying pack integrity, net weight, lot numbers, labelling and sealing, and drawing samples for independent lab tests (including Brix, total acid, total flavonoids, patulin for hawthorn concrete).

PSI also confirms correct sealed / low-oxygen food-grade packing. Top schedules PSI into the lead time and provides access to the lot and documents.

If PSI finds a discrepancy, we resolve it (re-pack, re-test, replace) before the cargo is booked. PSI is coordinated alongside the agreed Incoterm.
