Because the process is aqueous extraction (no organic solvent), residual-solvent risk is essentially nil and GB 5009.262 is not the controlling test; we instead emphasize patulin (GB 2761 / GB 5009.185, mandatory for hawthorn class) and micro/heavy-metal safety. We do not release a lot exceeding heavy-metal, micro or patulin limits.
