What is the production capacity for zedoary turmeric oil?
Our production capacity covers the full chain from rhizome processing to finished oil: multi-stage crushing, drying, steam distillation in 316L stills, oil-water separation, fractional distillation, supercritical CO2 extraction and molecular distillation for refined grades, with D-class clean filling for pharmacopoeia-grade product.

Typical Order Capacity
- Standard fragrance-grade orders: 25 kg - 1 t delivered from stock or short production
- Pharmacopoeia-grade orders: production slots allocated per harvest batch; larger volumes by arrangement
- Refined grades (curcumol-enriched, beta-elemene fractions): pilot-scale, typically 5-50 kg per run
- Multi-tonne orders: plan 30-60 days ahead for raw material and production scheduling
Notes
- The bottleneck is the annual rhizome harvest, not the equipment; early reservation protects your allocation
- Blending and re-testing between lots is included to keep batch consistency within release limits
- We can expand a dedicated production line for committed annual volumes
