Is this ylang ylang oil FDA-compliant for use in US products?

Ylang ylang oil is widely used in US cosmetics, personal-care and fragrance products, and is recognized for limited flavouring use (FEMA 3119). It is not a drug; therapeutic claims would require FDA evaluation.
