How are complaints about wintersweet flower wax handled?
We follow a clear 5-step complaint resolution process:
- Report — Contact your account manager or our quality team with batch number, photos/video and the issue description
- Acknowledge — We confirm receipt within 1 working day and assign a dedicated quality engineer
- Investigate — Root cause analysis using our retained batch reference sample and production records
- Resolve — Agreed corrective action: replacement, credit, refund or rework
- Prevent — Corrective/preventive actions implemented to prevent recurrence
For quality claims, please keep the original sealed samples and packaging. Standard resolution time is 5–10 working days after we receive the evidence. If the claim is confirmed as our responsibility, the compensation covers the full order value of the affected batch.
