How is this wintersweet oil extracted, and why is steam distillation preferred?
The oil is produced by water-steam distillation of fresh wintersweet blossoms in SUS304/316 stainless stills with a Florentine separator; supercritical CO₂ extraction (SFE-CO₂, patent CN106635425A) is offered for premium projects.
