What is the INCI name and how should this valerian root oil be labelled?

For cosmetics labelling, the INCI approach for a botanical essential oil uses the plant name plus the part and preparation. Valerian is currently listed in CosIng with root/root extract entries; the oil is labelled as the root oil per INCI naming rules.
