To keep quality stable during transit and storage:

During Transport
- Express: insulated boxes used in summer for heat-sensitive destinations
- Sea freight: we use ventilated, non-deck containers; wax travels as a solid below 25 °C
- No special dangerous-goods handling required (non-hazardous per MSDS)
On Arrival
- Check cartons for damage before signing the delivery note
- Move into a cool, dry warehouse promptly
- Allow the wax to stabilize at ambient temperature before opening (avoid condensation)
Following these conditions, the 24-month shelf life from the production date is fully supported.
