We offer flexible, internationally standard payment terms tailored to order size and customer credit status.
Payment Terms

| New customers | 30% T/T deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of B/L (or before shipment for small orders) |
| First small order (≤ 10 kg) | 100% T/T in advance, or PayPal/Wise for samples & small packs |
| Regular customers | 30/70 or 50/50 by negotiation; L/C at sight accepted for bulk contracts |
| Annual contracts | Monthly statement settlement or 30-day credit after credit check |
| Letter of Credit | Irrevocable L/C at sight (LC at sight) for orders ≥ USD 10,000 |
| Currency | USD, EUR, CNY; RMB settlement supported |
- Bank details and proforma invoice are issued within 24 h of order confirmation
- Advance payment protects resin sourcing (seasonal raw material), guaranteeing your batch's origin and grade
- For certified lots (organic/halal/kosher), the certificate surcharge is invoiced with the balance payment
- Partial shipment is supported for large contracts; please state your preference in the PO
