How do you handle inspection and quality control?

QC is applied at raw material intake, during distillation, and before every shipment — with third-party inspection welcome.

QC Stage	Check Items
Raw material	Flower grade, freshness, pesticide residue screening
In-process	Distillation parameters, temperature, yield
Finished batch	Appearance, pH, SG, aroma, GC-MS fingerprint
Microbiology	TPC, yeast & mold, pathogens per batch
Pre-shipment	Packaging, labeling, seals, lot traceability

We support third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) before shipment — you may specify the inspection standard and lab. Inspection reports and photos are provided on request.

Tell us if your contract requires a specific inspection company — we will arrange it with the order.
