How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency?

Consistency is controlled at every stage: contracted growers, fixed distillation parameters and full QC release for each lot.

Because rose is a seasonal crop, slight natural variation between harvest years is possible and is normal for an unblended natural product. For programs that need tight aroma tolerance, we can blend batches from the same season under controlled parameters.
