Transit damage	Claim against courier/forwarder with our assistance
Replacement	Defective product replaced or refunded per agreement

Claims are handled within 30 days of receipt for transit damage and within 15 days for quality issues (with photos and retained sample comparison). We respond within 24 hours and settle fairly per the contract.

Keep the original containers and samples for any claim — this speeds up resolution.
