Because this oil is a genuine single-species steam distillate with no blending or spiking, the following claims are defensible with our documentation:

Claims to Avoid
- Therapeutic or medical claims (e.g. treats digestive complaints) without drug registration — prohibited in most markets

- Unlimited flavouring use: pulegone restrictions in the EU (100 mg/kg in beverages) and IFRA Cat 12 rules must be respected in finished products
