What after-sales service and claims policy do you offer?

We offer responsive after-sales support with a clear claims path: notify us within 7 days of receipt, keep the sealed samples, and we will settle quality issues with replacement, credit or compensation.

All claims are checked against the batch's own COA and retained samples, which makes resolution fast and objective. Shipping-damage and transit issues are handled with the carrier through the shipping documents.
