This orris absolute is produced and tested in full compliance with the international quality framework for orris materials:

  • ISO 18054:2004 — Determination of irone content in iris rhizome oil by capillary-column gas chromatography (internal standard method, column efficiency ≥50,000 theoretical plates)
  • FCC 1996 — Orris Concrete: irone content 9–20%, melting range 38–50°C, heavy metals negative, acid value 175–235, ester value 4–35
  • GB/T (draft) — Determination of irone content in iris rhizome oil, identically adopting ISO 18054:2004 (China national standard plan No. 20255748-T-607, expected release in H2 2026)
  • Legacy TYl8-16-92-69 — reference for high-purity orris oil (irone >60%, corresponding to our molecular-distilled grade)
