How soluble is neroli oil in different solvents used in formulation?
Neroli oil is freely soluble in ethanol and fixed oils and insoluble in water, which is standard behavior for a citrus-flower essential oil and matches the ISO 3517:2012 miscibility requirement of 1:2 clear in 85% ethanol.
