Recommended starting levels: fine perfume 0.5–2%; skincare/cosmetics 0.5–1.5% (leave-on) and up to 2% in rinse-off; candles 1–3%; incense/blends 1–3%; soap 0.5–1%. Because the oil is potent and sesquiterpene-rich, start at the low end and build. For skin use always dilute in a carrier (jojoba, almond, MCT) and do a patch test; avoid during pregnancy and on infants.
