Yes. Gan Song roots are harvested in autumn (September, after seeds ripen, per FairWild rules; main digging window September–November). Fresh-harvest lots are available from September to December; the rest of the year we distribute from quota-linked stock. Because of the CITES quota and seasonal harvest, we recommend planning annual needs in advance — orders placed before Q2 secure the next harvest's allocation.
