What payment terms do you accept for michelia leaf oil orders?
We accept a range of standard international payment methods. The most common are TT and LC, with flexible terms for first-time and repeat customers.

Payment Details
- All prices quoted in USD (other currencies accepted per agreement)
- Bank details are provided on the PI; wire transfers are usually received in 1-3 working days
- Deposit triggers filling/production; balance is settled against the BL copy or before dispatch depending on agreement
- For first-time buyers we may ask for 100% advance or TT in advance on the first order; repeat customers can move to 30/70 or LC terms
Security for Buyers
- A signed PI with bank account details in our company name protects both parties
- We can provide company registration and bank reference letters for credit approval processes
- For LC business, please confirm your issuing bank and we will reply with our LC terms and required documents
- Never send payment without a matching PI reference number — we state the order number on every document
