How can I track my lemongrass oil order from production to delivery?
Your order is tracked by milestone: PI and production plan on day 0 → raw material batch and origin confirmed before production → distillation date, batch number and photos on the production day → QC release within 5 working days → booking confirmed → tracking number / container number and ETA in transit → arrival POD on delivery. Delays are always communicated with a revised ETA.
