What is the shelf life and how should I store this oil?

Shelf life is 36 months from filling when stored correctly: tightly sealed, away from light and heat, at 15–25°C.

Signs of aging: darkening color and a sharp, oxidized note replacing the sweet floral heart. Proper storage largely prevents this — lavender oxidizes slowly compared with citrus oils.
