How is the jasmine sambac hydrosol produced?

Our jasmine sambac hydrosol is produced by steam distillation of fresh jasmine blossoms, collected as the saturated water phase co-produced with jasmine essential oil.

Because the flowers are distilled immediately after dusk picking, the hydrosol keeps the full green-tea fresh top note and the intense sweet-indolic jasmine body that defines premium Arabian jasmine water.
