How long is your quotation valid?
Our formal quotations for jasmine flower wax are generally valid for 15–30 days, depending on market conditions.
Validity Guidelines
| Quotation Type | Validity |
|---|---|
| Sample quotation | 30 days |
| Bulk order quotation | 15–30 days |
| Annual contract pricing | 12 months (locked) |
Why Validity Matters
- Natural material prices fluctuate with harvest seasons
- A confirmed order locks in the quoted price
- Long-term contracts protect both parties from seasonal swings
Recommendation
If you expect to order within a few months, ask about our annual contract pricing — we can lock a stable price for repeat deliveries and reserve production capacity for you.
Please confirm the validity period on each quotation you receive, and contact us promptly if an offer is about to expire.
