What is the shelf life, and how should the oil be stored?

The shelf life is 36 months from production when stored unopened in the original sealed amber/aluminum container at 5–25°C in the dark; after opening, use within 6 months with nitrogen-flushed resealing.

Signs of aging include a dulled or turpentine-like odor and darkening of color — at that point replace the lot. We print production date and expiry on each container and include the recommended storage conditions on the label.
