What is the shelf life and how should I store the oil long-term?

Shelf life is 36 months from production when stored correctly: keep the container tightly sealed, cool (5–25°C), dark and dry, and minimize headspace in partially used drums.

Signs of aging: increased viscosity, darker color or loss of fresh top note. Buy on a rolling schedule so stock is used within 18 months for best freshness. Production and expiry dates are printed on every label and COA.
