What factors drive the price of Hangzhou chrysanthemum oil?

Price is driven by raw-material cost, extraction grade, season and packaging: the GI-region dried flowers, the lower yield of steam distillation versus CO2 extraction, and harvest-year supply all move the per-kg rate.
