Which extraction method is used — steam distillation, solvent extraction, or CO2?

Standard production uses steam distillation of dried flower heads, delivering a pure, solvent-free oil at a typical yield of about 0.55% on dry flowers; supercritical CO2 extraction (per CN 103710152 B patent parameters) and a two-step Soxhlet-plus-steam process (up to 4.8 mL/kg) are available for premium grades.

No organic solvent residue remains in steam-distilled oil, which simplifies your MSDS, IFRA and food-additive compliance. Select the grade on your PO and the batch will be produced under the corresponding validated process with GC-MS verification.

Confirm your target grade — standard steam-distilled or CO2-extracted — and we will quote accordingly within 24 hours.
