Can I arrange pre-shipment inspection of my order?

Yes — you are welcome to inspect the order before shipment, either in person at our factory or through a third-party inspection agency.

Inspection typically covers quantity, pack condition, labeling, pH and aroma against the agreed spec. We arrange access, samples and documents; the inspection cost is borne by the requesting party unless agreed otherwise.

Tell us your preferred inspection method and timing, and we will schedule it into the production plan.
