How do you handle complaints and quality disputes?

Complaints go through a structured four-step process designed for fast, fair resolution based on batch evidence.

We keep a retained sample of every batch for one year or more, which is the reference for any dispute. If the fault is ours, we agree replacement or credit; if it lies in transit or downstream handling, we provide the evidence to support your carrier claim.

Report any issue with your batch number and photos, and we will start the investigation immediately.
