How long is my quotation valid?
Our quotations are generally valid for 15–30 days from the date of issue, depending on market conditions for gardenia raw materials.
Quotation Validity Details
- Standard validity: 15 days
- Extended validity (contract price): 30 days or longer for confirmed volume commitments
- Reason for change: gardenia blossom prices move with the harvest season; freight rates may also change
How to Lock Your Price
- Confirm the quotation in writing within the validity period
- We issue the Proforma Invoice (PI) with the price frozen
- Prices remain fixed once the deposit is received
If the market moves, we will always notify you transparently before any adjustment. Ask us for today's firm price and validity.
