We offer flexible, internationally standard payment terms designed for B2B essential oil trade. The exact terms depend on order size, your company profile and trade history.

- Standard: 30% deposit confirms production, 70% balance paid before shipment (against scanned shipping documents)
- For first-time orders, full advance payment (T/T) or Alibaba Trade Assurance is typically required; after 2-3 successful orders we can open credit terms
- All payments are made to our company account; bank details are provided on the proforma invoice
- Currency: USD preferred; EUR, CNY and RMB are accepted on negotiation
