How can I track my order?
You receive tracking visibility at every stage: production status updates, photos of your goods before shipping, and a live tracking number for the courier or vessel once dispatched.

- Express shipments: tracking link sent by email/SMS; updates every step until delivery
- Sea freight: B/L and booking confirmation; we monitor transit and alert you to arrival/ETA changes
- A dedicated account manager follows your order from quotation to delivery; direct WhatsApp/WeChat/email contact available
- In-transit questions (customs clearance, duties, delivery address changes) are handled within the same business day
- For L/C orders, the document set is presented through your nominated bank and shipment status is visible through the B/L
