We offer flexible, secure payment terms for bergamot oil orders, scaled by customer type and order history.
Payment Terms

|---|---|
| New customers | 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment (or against B/L copy) |
| Repeat / contract customers | 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy; L/C at sight available |
| Long-term partners (≥3 orders) | OA 30-60 days possible after credit review |
- Accepted methods: T/T bank transfer, L/C (at sight), Western Union; PayPal for sample orders only
- All payments are made to the company's official bank account; never to personal accounts
- Deposit is refundable if we fail to deliver on contract; balance is due only after production is confirmed
- For L/C, we can open the LC terms in 15-30 days after PI acceptance
- Trade assurance (Alibaba) available for eligible orders
